HUNTING SEASON IS HERE AGAIN! We are now only a few days from the beginning of hunting season (Oct. 1, 2003) so be sure to check back on the website often to see how we've been doing!!!
Our last hunting excursion took place on Saturday, Dec. 7 2002. Five hunters took the woods at approximately 8 oclock AM. Four hounds on the ground, Zach's Get-D-Bunny Blaze, Uncle Dale's Huntemup Ranger, Tyson's Annie Oakley (owned by Mike Potts), and Sniper (owned by Mark Schoppee). We hunted for 5 hours killing 7 hare, 2 partridge, seeing approximately a dozen or so hare and 6 partridge. Six moose were also seen on the way into the hunting area (5 bulls including the largest rack I've ever seen) and 4 deer were seen on the way home. All together a really great day of hunting was had by all and can't wait to get back at it again this weekend, and the rest of the season. Location "Pud's Road"
